When you submit the Savings Assessment form on this site, you may give us:

- Answers to the assessment questions: what you would like to improve, and where you feel your business is losing the most money or time.
- Message and call information: when you contact us by email or phone, we keep a record of that contact so we can follow up with you.
How we use your information
We use your information to review what you submitted, prepare your assessment, contact you about it, and provide our services. We may also use it to improve our website and our services. We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you, handle follow-ups, and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
