Agreement

These Terms of Service apply when you use iamyourrep.com (the "Website"), submit a form on it, or contact YOUR REP through it. By using the Website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Who we are

YOUR REP is a resource efficiency partner based in Oregon. We help businesses find where they lose money on utilities, technology, and operations, and we connect them with the right solution or specialist.

What we provide

Our services include a free savings assessment, follow-up conversations about your situation, and connecting you with solutions or specialists. Utility reduction work is fulfilled through our partnership with The Commonstead, an energy technology company, working with licensed local electricians and plumbers or other qualified specialists.

Referral compensation

When we connect you with a partner, specialist, or other provider, YOUR REP may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from that provider if you choose to work with them. Some services you find here may also be paid for through provider compensation rather than by direct billing to you. Terra Blackford may also earn compensation when a connection leads to a provider engagement. Any recommendation we make is based on what we believe fits your business; compensation does not change what we connect you with, and you are always free to work with any provider you choose, on your own or without us.

No guarantees, estimates only

We do not guarantee savings. Any figures discussed during an assessment or follow-up are estimates based on the information you provide and standard industry assumptions. Actual results depend on your building, usage, equipment, utility rates, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this Website is a promise of a specific outcome.

Not professional advice

Information on this Website is general and for informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on it.

Work performed by third parties

Where work is performed, it is performed by The Commonstead, licensed electricians, plumbers, or other specialists, under their own agreements and terms. YOUR REP makes the connection and coordinates. YOUR REP is not the party performing that work and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Communications consent

When you submit a form, you are asked to agree before submitting. If you agree, you consent to receive communications from YOUR REP about your inquiry and related services, which may include email, phone calls, and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use any unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us by email or phone. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website: no interfering with its operation, no automated scraping except by search engines and AI crawlers following our robots.txt, no submitting false or misleading information, and no using the Website to break the law or harm others.

Information you submit

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give YOUR REP permission to use that information to assess your situation, follow up, and connect you with the right solution or specialist.

Intellectual property

The Website, its content, and the YOUR REP name and branding are owned by YOUR REP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission, except for normal personal or business use of the Website itself.

Website availability

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUR REP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved, and if you paid nothing, to one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to hold YOUR REP harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or information you submitted that you did not have the right to share.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
